HUMBOLDT COUNTY – Two people were killed in a small plane crash near Kneeland Airport late Tuesday morning, authorities said.

According to the FAA, the single-engine Cessna 206 plane crashed around 11:30 a.m. after taking off from Sacramento McClellan Airport.
