Authorities promptly evacuated the building while police officers and Borgata security personnel conducted a thorough search. However, no suspicious individuals or devices were located. Following the clearance, patrons were allowed to re-enter the hotel and casino a short while later. The police are actively investigating the validity of the threat and working to identify the caller.

The building was briefly evacuated while police and Borgata security conducted a sweep. Police say that no suspicious people or devices were found.
Patrons were allowed back inside a short time later.
Police say they are still investigating the validity of the threat.
