Taking place from July 18-28 in six cities across the Southeast, the event celebrates the summer tomato harvest and the culinary creativity it inspires. During the 10-day celebration, Mex 1 Coastal Cantina will offer a special dish featuring fresh, locally grown tomatoes and Duke’s Mayo, highlighting the flavors of Baja California that the restaurant is known for. The featured dish, Carnitas Taquitos, embraces bold flavors with tender pulled carnitas rolled in corn tortillas.
