TMF Romania, a subsidiary of TMF Group with over two decades of experience in the country, will relocate its headquarters to America House in Autumn 2024. The new office space will accommodate TMF Romania’s team of experts in accounting, tax, HR, payroll, global entity management, capital markets, and ESG administration. America House is a prestigious property located on Victoriei Square, offering 28,806 m² of office and retail space as well as 368 parking spaces. The building’s tenant community includes high-profile organizations such as the Embassy of Japan, Mastercard, Cisco, and Bucharest Stock Exchange. In addition to its modern office environment, America House features a 1,500 m² gym, electric car charging stations, bicycle parking with changing rooms and showers, and a range of dining and shopping options including Starbucks, Sagakura, and Noodle Pack. The building has recently undergone a comprehensive EUR 10 million renovation. Țuca Zbârcea & Asociații acted as legal counsel for America House during the lease negotiations.

TMF Romania, a subsidiary of TMF Group with over 24 years of experience in the country, will move its headquarters to America House in autumn 2024. The office will provide a new environment for its team of specialists in accounting and tax, HR and payroll, global entity management, capital markets and ESG administration. Țuca Zbârcea & Asociații provided legal advice to America House during the lease negotiations.
America House is located on Victoriei Square. The property features 28,806 m² of office and retail space, along with 368 parking spaces spread over three underground levels. The tenant community includes the Embassy of Japan, Mastercard, Cisco, Intesa Sanpaolo Bank, Bucharest Stock Exchange, McDonald’s, OLX, Funcom, Egis, Ebury and Fortim Trusted Advisors, a member of the BNP Paribas Real Estate Alliance, which provides property management services for the building.
In addition, America House has a 1,500 m² gym, charging stations for electric cars, three bicycle parkings with racks for 60 bicycles, equipped with changing rooms and showers. In addition to the office environment, the building offers a range of shops, dining and service options, including Starbucks, Sagakura and Noodle Pack, ATMs, two bank branches and a bookstore. The entire building recently underwent a EUR 10 million renovation.
