Former President Donald Trump is expected to accept the nomination, delivering a highly anticipated speech on Thursday night. Other notable speakers at the convention include Florida Governor Ron DeSantis, UFC President Dana White, and Teamsters Union President Sean O’Brien. The speeches will be broadcast on primetime television, reaching a wide audience. This appearance marks another milestone in Britt’s political career, solidifying her status as a rising star in the Republican Party.

U.S. Senator Katie Britt of Alabama has been announced as a speaker at next week’s Republican National Convention in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Britt topped the official list, along with a host of sitting U.S. Senators including Ted Cruz (R-TX), Tom Cotton (R-AR), Tim Scott (R-FL), as well as Trump’s potential vice presidential nominees, U.S. Senators J.D. Vance (R-OH), Marco Rubio (R-FL), and a host of top U.S. House officials, including U.S. House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-LA).

More than 50,000 people, including 2,500 delegates, are expected to attend the Republican National Convention, where the party will meet to formally nominate its candidates for president and vice president and adopt a platform.

Earlier this year, Senator Britt delivered the Republican Party’s official response to President Joe Biden’s State of the Union address, marking her national debut as one of the party’s leading voices and the only Republican mother of working-age children in the U.S. Senate.

Donald Trump is expected to accept the party’s nomination in a high-profile speech Thursday night, preceded by a speech by the former president’s son, Donald Trump Jr.

It has also been announced that a number of alternates and celebrities will be on hand to deliver dynamic statements of support, including Florida Governor and former presidential candidate Ron DeSantis, UFC President Dana White and Teamsters Union President Sean O’Brien.

The speeches will be broadcast on primetime television, seen on networks such as FOX News, ABC News, C-SPAN and others.
