If you’re in the market for a Fiat, a unique opportunity has launched in Fort Lee. Leasing is now live for more than 300 rental units at FIAT House, a project by the automaker and UNLMITD Real Estate.
The multi-use building is located at 2100 N. Central Road, at the foot of the George Washington Bridge.
The development is the world’s first Fiat-branded residential building. It is further distinguished by a suite of hospitality-focused amenities, concierge services and community events, as well as accessibility. Fiat House features a car-sharing fleet of all-electric Fiat 500e vehicles on site, available starting this summer, according to a recent announcement from FIAT House.
The property offers studio, one and two bedroom units with 30,000 square feet of amenities. Many are fully furnished and available immediately. According to the property’s website, rents for furnished studios start at $2,450.
“At FIAT House, we are redefining the paradigm of urban living,” said Gabriella LoConte, Development Director of UNLMTD Real Estate. “This community transcends conventional residential offerings, creating an environment where sustainability, convenience and a vibrant sense of community come together. We are excited to open our doors to those who are ready to embrace this new standard of living.”
