The company, which first opened its Dublin office in 2022, has recently signed a lease for Waterways House in Grand Canal Dock and hopes to grow its headcount to 60 by the end of the year. The new roles will be in artificial intelligence (AI), Salesforce, data analytics, and business consulting. Slalom has well-known customers such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft, Salesforce, and Google Cloud and operates in more than 45 markets across eight countries. According to Jane Dawson-Howe, Country Managing Director for Slalom in Ireland, the expansion of the Irish operations is driven by customer demand for AI-driven innovation. “We are delighted to announce the creation of 300 new roles in Ireland, on top of the 40 we created in our first year,” said Dawson-Howe. “Customer demand for the application of Gen AI to drive innovation in their operations has contributed to the rapid expansion of our Irish operations over the past year and will fuel our future growth.” Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment Peter Burke welcomed the announcement, saying it underlines the importance of Ireland as a stable and attractive location for international companies. “I am pleased that a major technology consultancy recognizes the benefits of establishing a presence in Ireland and I wish Slalom every success in the future,” said Burke.

Business and technology consultancy Slalom has announced that it will create up to 300 jobs at its Dublin office over the next three to five years.

The company first opened its Dublin office in 2022 and is led by former Accenture and LinkedIn executive and “proud Irish woman” Jane Dawson-Howe.

The company recently signed a lease for Waterways House in Grand Canal Dock, moving from its current location near St Stephens Green.

The new roles will be in artificial intelligence (AI), Salesforce, data analytics and business consulting, with the company hoping to increase its headcount to 60 by the end of the year.

“We are delighted to announce the creation of 300 new roles in Ireland, on top of the 40 we created in our first year. This is testament to our commitment to investing in the talent and potential of this dynamic market,” said Dawson-Howe, Country Managing Director for Slalom in Ireland.

“Customer demand for the application of Gen AI to drive innovation in their operations has contributed to the rapid expansion of our Irish operations over the past year and will fuel our future growth.”
