The partnership, established in 2022, provides free industry-specific training to youth aged 18 to 28. Focus on BFSI and BPO Sectors The program focuses on developing critical skills in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) sectors. Participants gain proficiency in functional English, basic IT knowledge, and specialized sectoral skills. This strategy ensures that beneficiaries, often from disadvantaged backgrounds, acquire the necessary skills to significantly enhance their employability. In a significant step towards improving the employability of underprivileged communities, the NIIT Foundation, in partnership with Angel One, has launched a transformative program.
