The 43-year-old hotel heiress, mother of two and husband Carter Reum, 43, who also has an eight-month-old daughter, London, made the emotional confession in a tribute post to the 18-month-old boy on Instagram.
She posted a video of herself spending time with her son on a flight, showing them in matching pajamas with hearts on them, with the caption: “In-flight kisses with Baby P on #SlivAir (kissy face, two baby and airplane emojis.)

Paris said last month that she had been waiting for daughter London “her whole life.”
