Location: Much Hadham, Hertfordshire (10 minutes drive from Harlow)
Job Type: Permanent, before school hours only
Salary: £19,871 – £20,699 per annum (£12.36 – £12.87 per hour)
Start date: September 2024

What you are going to do
Supporting students with complex learning needs in their academic and personal growth
Supporting teachers in planning and delivering tailor-made lessons and activities
Providing a safe and inclusive learning environment
Implementing individualized education plans, behavioral and personal care strategies
Occasionally assist students with personal care and medication administration (full training is provided)

What we are looking for
We are looking for passionate people who want to support our children and young people and give them the opportunity to ‘live life to the full’.
Previous experience working with children in an educational and/or healthcare environment is desirable
Someone with good reading and arithmetic skills who can communicate effectively with young people with learning disabilities
Good ICT skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
