Davenport will oversee all aspects of Aimbridge Hospitality’s financial operations and strategy. Davenport brings over 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry to Aimbridge Hospitality. He most recently served as CFO of Apple Hospitality REIT, where he was responsible for the company’s financial reporting, capital markets activities, strategic planning, and risk management. Prior to joining Apple Hospitality REIT, Davenport held various executive-level financial positions at Milestone Apartments Real Estate Investment Trust, KKR Financial, and Strategic Hotels & Resorts.
