Chase, also known as Kyle Muldoon, was sentenced to 12 years and eight months at Liverpool Crown Court last Thursday, July 25, the Liverpool Echo reports. Chase admitted conspiracy to supply heroin, cocaine, ketamine and cannabis via the encrypted messaging network EncroChat. He was linked to the username “ThreeFatLadies” after contacts referred to him as “Fat Kyle” and by his DJ alias, Eldon. His criminal record includes six previous convictions for 16 offences, including a five-year sentence for conspiracy to commit robbery and three years for possession of crack cocaine with intent to supply. Chase “dealt in multi-kilogram quantities of cocaine, heroin, cannabis and ketamine,” Judge Gary Woodhall concluded. “You clearly developed a skill in the music industry and enjoyed a degree of success. It appears you had found your calling and worked hard in a legitimate business. All of that has now undoubtedly been taken away from you by the sentence I am about to impose.” The 350-capacity Spray Shop, which was formerly a car repair shop, took over the former car repair shop opened next to Bramley-Moore Dock last February. Dungeon Meat, Voigtmann, KILIMANJARO and Lauren Lo Sung have all played there in recent months. The club is “closed until further notice”, according to the Instagram page.
