In a series of posts on Twitter, ConcernedApe assured fans that they have been working on the mobile port “personally every day,” but there is no concrete release window yet. They also teased that the next PC update is in the works. ConcernedApe emphasized that they will announce a release date when there is “meaningful news.” They reiterated that the ports and updates are “on [their] mind every minute.” In a response to a fan comment about pricing, ConcernedApe stated that they “will never charge for any DLC or update as long as [they] live.” They invited fans to “screen [them] and shame [them]” if they ever break this promise. Stardew Valley was originally released in 2016 and has sold over 30 million copies. It recently reached an all-time player count following the release of its major 1.6 update, which introduced new festivals, end-game content, and a new farm type. Fans who are eager to experience Stardew Valley on mobile devices or with the latest updates can look forward to future announcements from ConcernedApe.

ConcernedApe simply reiterated that it will announce when “meaningful news” such as a release date is ready. The developer made it clear that they are working hard to move forward, with ports and updates “on my mind every minute.”

In the same thread, ConcernedApe responded to a fan comment about pricing. The developer stated that they “will never charge for any DLC or update as long as I live.” The response also invited fans to “screen this and shame me if I ever break this oath.”

Farming and life sim Stardew Valley originally launched in 2016 and is still popular. In February 2024, the developer confirmed that Stardew Valley had reached 30 million copies sold.

Just a month later, Stardew Valley managed to reach an all-time player count. This followed the game’s major 1.6 update.

That update introduced new festivals, end-game content, an all-new farm type, and more. The beloved indie offers plenty of fresh content for newcomers to invest in for upcoming Stardew Valley ports.
