Later, Lauren Bolton seeks comfort in Max Turner, eager for normalcy. Debbie Webster witnesses her nephew Jack Webster being bullied over his stepmother Abi’s deepfake porn video. Before next week of Coronation Street comes to an emotional close, a violent attack and tense confrontation take place in Weatherfield as Debbie Webster comes to the aid of someone.
Starting with Leanne Battersby, she will be seen talking to mentor Rowan Cunliffe about the article, but he manages to pull the wool over his eyes. Despairing at Leanne’s naivety, sister Toyah Habeeb goes to her hospital appointment alone. However, she is shocked when Nick turns up and they go to the consultant together.
Later in the week, Toyah goes to another hospital appointment alone, but once again she is touched to see Nick waiting for her. As they embrace, however, Nick sees a man taking a photo. Nick is convinced that Rowan is behind the photo and is determined to catch him. What will he do?

Meanwhile, Mason Radcliffe and the teen will be back next week, as he has been released from juvenile detention. With Mason’s release on the horizon, a terrified Dylan Wilson arrives for his shift at Speed Daal. Little does he know that a shocked Stu has found a bloody and battered Mason near the police station. But what happened to him?
However, it isn’t long before Dylan’s worst fears are realised when he comes face to face with an angry Mason for the first time since serving time for possessing a knife, which he used to threaten Liam Connor during one of his vicious bullying episodes.

Elsewhere, Michael and Ronnie Bailey offer to help Joel Deering move a chest of drawers from his old flat into Dee-Dee’s. Joel gets Lauren Bolton out of the flat by giving her money to go shopping.
But while Michael helps Joel with the dresser, Ronnie looks in the fridge and notices that it is full of ready-made meals for one. How will Joel react?
Later, at Joel’s flat, he promises a bored Lauren that she’ll be on her way to Ireland within the week. However, Lauren soon calls Max Tuner, desperate for some normality.
Debbie Webster also comes to the rescue after she sees her nephew Jack being bullied over stepmother Abi’s deepfake porn video and explains that they aren’t really Abi. Jack makes Debbie promise not to tell Abi and his dad Kevin that he knows.

It comes after Abi returns from Essex and Kevin makes it clear that she wants to forget all about Stefan Brent. However, after arriving at Jack’s refugia, Debbie is shocked when Stefan arrives at the hotel.
Spoilers have also revealed that next week, on Friday (July 26), an entire episode of Corrie will be dedicated to Paul Foreman and Billy Mayhew. First, Billy calls the family together for a meeting at No.5 where Paul plays them a pre-recorded message.
In it, he says he is dying, that he can’t fight anymore, and that he needs his mother, Bernie Winter, now more than ever. In the episode dedicated to Paul’s story, he wakes up to find that his speech has drastically deteriorated, but he is determined to enjoy his last day of freedom outside the apartment after being told he can no longer use the stair lift.
