Fire Breaks Out in East Delhi House, Leaving One Injured

A fire broke out in a residential house in Delhi’s East Delhi district on Friday, leaving one person injured. According to the Delhi Fire Service, the fire call was received at around 10:30 PM. Six fire tenders were rushed to the spot to control the blaze. The fire, which started on the ground floor of the two-story house, quickly spread to the upper floors. The cause of the fire is yet to be determined. One person, identified as a 55-year-old woman, was rescued from the house by firefighters. She sustained minor burn injuries and was taken to a nearby hospital for treatment. The fire was brought under control after an hour-long battle by the firefighters. No other injuries were reported. The Delhi Police have registered a case and are investigating the incident.
