The German powerhouse is looking to revamp its squad and has identified several players who could be on the move. Matthijs de Ligt, Joshua Kimmich, Leon Goretzka, Serge Gnabry, Kingsley Coman, Alphonso Davies, Nousair Mazraoui, and even Leroy Sane are among those who could be sold. With most of these players’ contracts expiring next summer or in 2026, Bayern sees this as one of the last opportunities to cash in on their services. Not only would selling these players bring in a substantial transfer fee, but it would also reduce Bayern’s wage bill. Most of the players mentioned earn over €15 million per season, so their departures would allow the club to restructure its salary expenses. The proceeds from these sales would help Bayern continue its squad overhaul. The Rekordmeister has already signed three players this summer: Michael Olise, Hiroki Ito, and João Palhinha. They are also interested in Jonathan Tah, Désiré Doué, Xavi Simons, and Dani Olmo. Bayern’s squad revamp is expected to continue over the next few weeks as they look to strengthen their team for the upcoming season and beyond.

This summer, Bayern have already signed three players: Michael Olise (Crystal Palace), Hiroki Ito (VfB Stuttgart) and João Palhinha (Fulham) are all leaving for Bavaria.
