Two state property organisations have joined forces to bring high-quality training for the sector to South Australia, with the first program set to commence next month.

The partnership between the Real Estate Institute of South Australia (REISA) and the Real Estate Institute of Queensland (REIQ) will deliver exceptional training in Adelaide, commencing with the Property Management Registration Program.

Upon successful completion of the 13-module course, which is aligned to the prescribed requirements of Consumer and Business Services (CBS) South Australia, graduates can register as a qualified property manager.

The range of new accredited training opportunities will be expanded in the future to include the Sales Representative Registration Program and the Land Agents Registration Program.

The training and assessment is delivered by the REIQ Registered Training Organisation (RTO 5420), with the resources contextualised by South Australian legislative experts to meet South Australian regulations and industry requirements.

REIQ CEO Antonia Mercorella said the partnership between the vocational colleges would provide industry-leading education to property students in South Australia.
