The horrifying incident occurred at the residence of Dr. Akshat Rao in Anupam Nagar. According to reports, Salman approached Dr. Rao’s house to deliver PVC panels when he was suddenly set upon by the pitbulls. The dogs viciously attacked him, biting him all over his body. Salman’s screams for help went unanswered as he struggled to escape the assault. A chilling video of the incident, which has gone viral on social media, shows Salman being repeatedly bitten by the dogs. He writhes in pain and desperation as he tries to flee the house, finally climbing onto a parked car for safety. After the attack, Salman reported the incident to the police. A case has been registered against Dr. Rao, and the police are investigating the matter. Neighbors of Dr. Rao have expressed concern about the dogs’ aggressive behavior, alleging that they have attacked a total of five people. They live in fear, unable to walk on the streets due to the dogs being allowed to roam freely. Despite the ban on the import, breeding, and sale of pit bulls in India, the dogs continue to pose a threat. The severity of Salman’s injuries highlights the urgent need for strict enforcement of regulations and responsible dog ownership. The municipal team attempted to apprehend the dogs but found Dr. Rao’s house empty. The team’s failure to take any action has raised further questions about the authorities’ ability to address such incidents effectively. As the number of dog bite fatalities increases, it is essential that measures are taken to protect the safety of the public. Responsible dog ownership, strict regulations, and enforcement are crucial to prevent further tragedies.

A delivery boy who entered a doctor’s house in Anupam Nagar, Raipur, the capital of Chhattisgarh, was attacked and severely bitten by two pit bull dogs. A chilling video of the incident is circulating on social media.

According to reports, the incident took place at 1:00 PM on Friday, July 12. Salman Khan, son of Shahid Khan, a resident of Boria Motinagar, Raipur, had gone to deliver PVC panels to Dr Akshat Rao’s house. As he approached Dr Rao’s house, he was attacked by two pit bull dogs.

According to the police, Salman was immediately attacked by two black pit bulls when he knocked on the door. They bit him all over his body and were seriously injured.

Salman reported the incident to the police on Saturday. Based on the complaint, the police have filed a case against the dog’s owner. The police have stated that they will take action after investigating the matter.

The video of the incident shows Salman being bitten by the pit bull dogs and writhing in pain as he tries to leave the house. No one comes to his aid during this time. Soon after, he manages to get out of the house and climbs on a parked car to save himself.

After the dogs leave Salman, someone is seen giving him a bottle of water.

According to reports, Dr. Rao’s neighbors took Salman to the hospital for treatment after the dog attack. Speaking to local media after the incident, Salman said that if someone else had been there, he might not have survived.

He also said that after the incident, Dr. Rao blamed him for entering the house without calling him. According to him, he should not have gone there.

Salman stated that Dr. Rao had not warned him about the dogs earlier.

According to local media, Dr. Rao’s pit bulls have attacked a total of five people so far. Neighbors also live in fear and are unable to walk outside on the streets because the doors of Dr. Rao’s house are often left open, allowing the dogs to roam freely.

The municipal team returned empty-handed

The civic body team arrived at Dr Akshat Rao’s house in Anupam Nagar on Monday morning to catch the pit bulls after Salman complained.

According to the Hindi daily Patrika, the civic team called out from outside the house but got no response, though the barking of the pit bulls could be heard. The team had to return without taking any action. The civic team had planned to take the dogs into custody and check their age and breed. However, the team could not enter the house as there are three pit bulls and the door is always locked. There is a CCTV camera at the door but no doorbell.

With the number of fatal cases of aggressive dog bites on the rise, the Central Council of Indirect Taxes and Customs (CBIC) in March this year banned the import, breeding and sale of 24 dog breeds, including pit bulls, rottweilers, terriers, Moscow guard dogs and bandogs.
