Each visitor is entitled to one complimentary ticket, which is non-transferable and valid for individuals aged 18 and above. Race Details The first race is scheduled for 12:30 pm. Typically, Grandstand Level 1 tickets cost S$6 via Ez-Link or NETS FlashPay and S$8 in cash. STC Closure and Final Race In June 2023, STC announced its closure in March 2027. The 120-hectare land will be returned to the government for redevelopment. The final race at STC will be held on October 5, 2024, with the 100th Grand Singapore Gold Cup. The Singapore Derby, one of the flagship races of the Singapore Turf Club (STC), will be held for the last time on Sunday, July 21, 2024.
It is one of Singapore’s oldest races, with a history of over 140 years.
In appreciation of its supporters, STC offers free access to Grandstand Level 1.
How to Claim Tickets
Interested parties can register for a free ticket on the STC website or come to the club on July 21 from 11:00 am to pick up tickets.
Each visitor can only claim one free ticket and tickets are non-transferable.
The event is open to persons aged 18 and over.
The first race is scheduled for 12:30.
Grandstand Level 1 tickets normally cost S$6, payable via Ez-Link or NETS FlashPay and S$8 if paying in cash.
Turf club closes
In June 2023, it was announced that STC would close in March 2027.
