Netflix’s latest reality show, “Owning Manhattan,” has remained among the network’s top 10 most streamed shows since its debut in late June. And while some of that credit goes to Ryan Serhant and his savvy team of real estate agents, the properties they’re peddling are equally dazzling and offer a rare glimpse into one of America’s priciest markets.

“We’re talking the most over-the-top, jaw-dropping properties with the most famous addresses, offering unparalleled views and unique features that you can only find in New York City,” Serhant tells Realtor.com. “Our agents are the best in the business, so it’s no surprise that many of these homes have since been sold since filming has wrapped.”

He adds that those agents have a knack for connecting with buyers who “understand and appreciate the value of New York City real estate, which is unlike anything else in the world.”

Season 1 features nearly two dozen residential and commercial listings held by Serhant’s namesake brokerage, and viewers might wonder: Where are they now?

Realtor.com did some digging to find the statuses of several multimillion-dollar listings seen on the show. Here are five phenomenal properties that Team Serhant successfully sold.

50 Wooster St., Apt. 6N in New York, NY sold for $11,600,000.50 Wooster St., Apt. 6N in New York, NY sold for $11,600,000.50 Wooster St., Apt. 6N, New York, NY, sold for $11,600,000.

The downtown dream: As of this writing, Serhant’s team tells Realtor.com “the final contract is out” on this full-floor, private residence in the heart of SoHo.

As one of only eight units in the building, which was constructed in 1895, there is limited foot traffic and lots of natural light—something Serhant listing agent Brandon Bogard believes is a big selling point.

“Generally in SoHo lofts, you only have two exposures: front and back,” he explains. “One of the greatest things about this is that you have windows on three sides.”

The 4,633-square-foot apartment has four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and interior walls that are not all structural, so the floor plan can easily be reconfigured to open up the space’s full length.

This loft was last available 25 years ago, so the buyer pounced on a rare opportunity.

An indoor-outdoor oasis: The penthouse in the building known as Jardim—which means “garden” in Portuguese—is a four-bedroom, five-bath condo designed by famed Brazilian architect Isay Weinfeld that artfully blends indoor and outdoor living.

Just as impressive as its 4,552-square-foot, window-lined interior is the home’s 4,593-square-foot rooftop terrace, which Serhant notes is “larger than most penthouses.” It has a 32-foot dipping pool and leaves no detail untouched.

“Every little blade of grass, every inch of moss, they ran all the ivy up the walls,” Serhant says. “For a New York developer—they don’t do that.”

Serhant’s brokerage took over the sale of the unit in early 2023 and told us on May 30, 2024, “We’re closing on it tomorrow!”

Before it sold, musician Bad Bunny rented this penthouse for $150,000 a month.

A beautiful brick-lined, robotic garage makes for a stunning first impression when entering this architecturally unique property and is sure to be a showpiece for the new owner, who purchased the place with help from Serhant agents Chase Landow and Chloe Tucker Caine.

The exclusive hideaway: It’s nearly impossible to find an apartment in downtown New York that’s completely shielded from nearby neighbors, but this full-floor Tribeca unit lined with windows manages to keep looky-loos at bay.

The five-bedroom, 10-bathroom, 7,020-square-foot condo was built in 1924 and most recently sold in 2015. It underwent a two-year gut renovation to prep it for sale.

With views of the Chrysler Building, Empire State Building, Freedom Tower, and Hudson Yards, the super-exclusive space wasn’t on the market long. Serhant real estate agent Jessica Taylor got her uber-private client’s representative to tour the “trophy, iconic apartment” before it was officially listed and secured the sale in summer 2022. Taylor’s mystery buyer first offered $20 million but came up with $21,700,000 in a counteroffer.

The Brooklyn beauty: This five-bedroom, seven-bathroom, three-story, 4,635-square-foot townhouse was built in 1899 and underwent a full renovation before landing on the market in June 2023.

Its original Victorian details, including stained glass, moulding, and wood floors, were repaired and restored, while other features and rooms were updated with modern amenities—a large kitchen island and freestanding tub in the primary bathroom, among other upgrades.

Listing agent Tricia Leewho Serhant calls “the honorary mayor of Brooklyn,” toured NBA player Taj Gibson through the venue at a broker’s open house filmed for the show. But Serhant’s team tells us it was a male actor (who they can’t reveal) who bought it in January 2024 for a smidge under the asking price.

The artistic masterpiece: The 27 uniquely designed windows that cover the exterior are just the start of what makes this home a standout. The 10-bedroom, 10-bathroom, 18,410-square-foot building is one of the few commercial properties featured on the debut season of “Owning Manhattan.”

Serhant definitely sees more opportunity to do business in the $20 trillion commercial real estate industry and has commercial real estate agent Jade Shenker leading the charge on this listing.

The designer “had a vision, and it was to create an art piece of a building,” she says.

With 2,670 square feet per level, the first floor houses a restaurant, the upstairs is all office space, and a rooftop terrace provides panoramic views of the city.

Shenker received three offers after hosting a lavish launch party at the property, but it ultimately sold to Fationthe buyer she gave a sneak peek to and who “just sold a shopping center in Florida and (is) looking to allocate the funds somewhere.” He snagged the spot for $2,600,000 under the ask and plans “to take a year or two to repurpose it.”

All eight episodes of Season 1 of “Owning Manhattan” are available to stream on Netflix.
