The House of Representatives has announced the death of Member of the 10th Assembly, Rep. Ekene Abubakar Adams (LP, Kaduna), who died on Tuesday morning at the age of 39.

Rep. Adams was a dedicated public servant, a passionate sports administrator, and a kind philanthropist who served as chairman of the House Committee on Sports until his death.

He was a member of the House of Representatives in his first term, representing the good people of Chikun/Kajuru Constituency in Kaduna State.
