Ghosh describes herself as sensitive, cheerful, and practical. She values self-awareness, believing it empowers individuals to navigate relationships effectively. “Only when you know yourself well will your friends and family know what you want and don’t like,” she explains. Despite her warm and approachable demeanor, Ghosh reveals an introverted side and takes time to open up. She elaborates, “I don’t open up to everyone and everybody; that takes time. I have to be sure who I’m hanging out with first.” Contrary to the expectations of public figures, Ghosh emphasizes her independence and lack of need for validation. “I don’t really need validation from anyone else most of the time,” she asserts. “I’m pretty confident in myself and what I do.” To achieve success, Ghosh believes in pushing oneself beyond comfort zones. “Sometimes you have to push yourself out of your comfort zone to achieve a bigger goal or accomplishment,” she advises. “That little kick in life is important.” The actress hopes to inspire others by sharing her experiences. “I might seem very simple, but I’m a very confident person,” she concludes. “I want people to know they can achieve anything they set their minds to.”

Actress Rinku Ghosh, known for her work in television serials like ‘Durgesh Nandinii’, ‘Mohe Rang De’ and ‘Mrs. Pammi Pyarelal’, who is currently starring in ‘Anokha Bandhan’, is very comfortable in her own skin and does not seek validation from others.

Rinku gave a glimpse into her personality and said, “I am sensitive, cheerful, a bit strict, a perfectionist and practical. I can describe myself easily. I think I know myself quite well. That is very important.”

“Only when you know yourself well will your friends and family know what you want and what you don’t like,” she added.

The actress, a household name in Bhojpuri films and winner of the Best Actress award at the 2008 Bhojpuri Film Awards, said she is an introvert and takes time to open up.

“We behave differently with different people, I certainly do. I don’t open up to everyone and everybody; that takes time. I have to be sure who I’m hanging out with first and then see how much I want to reveal.”

Rinku, who worked in films like ‘Daroga Babu I Love You’, ‘Bidaai’ and ‘Balidaan’, added that she does not seek recognition or praise from people.

“I don’t really need validation from anyone else most of the time. It doesn’t affect my life in any way. I’m pretty confident in myself and what I do. I might seem very simple, but I’m a very confident person,” she said.

The actress shared her mantra for success, which involves stepping out of her comfort zone.
