Roles and responsibilities:
- Responsible for ensuring that the client’s IB has the correct contract, location and level of service coverage
- Lead the implementation of the Asset Management service for Cisco customers
- Responsible for onboarding new customers, IB aggregation/reconciliation of various data sources and presenting IB Business insights to customers
- Learn customer processes related to installed base data management; suggest changes to improve installed base data management
- Identify discrepancies and implement processes to manage Move, Add Change and Delete (MACD) activities
- Provide customers with ongoing IB maintenance support
- Multifunctional collaboration required to complete tasks
Our minimum requirements for this position:
- Understand the Cisco business model – know how Cisco sells, the Cisco product portfolio, and GTM strategies
- Interpret large raw data sets; perform data analysis and auditing – high level of Excel proficiency (macros, pivot tables, formulas and segmentation), ability to work through large amounts of data and understand reporting
- Take ownership of customer data purity – Develop and lead the execution of an action plan to update Cisco databases with improved IB data
- Excellent communication skills, bold, assertive and a sense of ownership towards assigned clients. You will lead client meetings, participate in quarterly reviews of the business and make site visits (if required).
- Ability to generate reports using Tableau, Excel. Knowledge of Power BI and other dashboard tools is an added advantage. Produce reports for clients, account teams and other stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and in a cross-functional team environment

- Bachelor’s degree/Master’s degree
