President Biden has dismissed questions about taking a cognitive test after his disastrous performance at the June 27 debate, reiterating on Thursday that his doctors have not recommended it.

Donald Trump, who is only three years younger than Biden, has not yet made an offer details about undergoing a similar screening, along with a letter from his doctor last year saying Trump’s “cognitive tests were exceptional.” He has previously made dubious claims about performing “terribly” on such tests a test in 2018.

We’ve put together a quiz to illustrate the types of questions asked on tests known as the Mini-Cog and the Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA), which are preliminary screening instruments for mental disorders.

We can’t stress this enough: this is NOT an actual cognitive assessment — which must be administered by a healthcare provider! We do not give you points and certainly do not make a diagnosis.
