JAMSHEDPUR – Pinki Kumari, a student residing in Daiguttu, Mango, was involved in a road accident near Old Purulia Road in Azad Nagar on Thursday afternoon around 1 pm.
According to her mother, Pinki was on her way home from her tutoring in Sakchi when a red car accidentally hit her from behind near Old Purulia Road, causing her to lose her balance and fall.
The driver of the car escaped unscathed.
Pinki was helped by kind strangers to contact her mother and along with others she brought her to MGM Hospital for the necessary medical attention she is currently receiving.
Police have been notified of the incident and are currently investigating.
A witness said: “It happened out of nowhere and we did everything we could to help the injured girl and inform her family.”
We all hope that Pinki will recover soon and kindly request the police to find the driver who caused the accident.
