Branton Kaden Hughes, 27, of Rome, was arrested this week after reportedly being loud and exuberant during a court hearing.
According to reports, Hughes refused to comply with officers’ commands, drove away and made threatening comments.
Hughes is charged with disturbing the peace, obstructing justice and terroristic threats and acts.
