Work has begun to stabilise a house partially destroyed by a suspected explosion in Jersey.
Four people, including two children, were taken to hospital after neighbors heard a ‘huge bang’ at a property in the Mont Pinel area of St Savior at around 11pm BST last Wednesday.
Two adults who were injured in the incident and were the parents of the children remain in hospital, emergency services said.
According to the Jersey Fire and Rescue Service, structural supports are expected to be installed by the end of this week so that the investigation can begin.
