All anonymous tips are treated confidentially and may lead to a reward. Police in Newark continue to seek the public’s assistance in locating 25-year-old Mohammed Arif Jafari of Syracuse, New York, who was reported missing on August 16, 2023.
Jafari, who has an intellectual disability, was last seen around 9:30 a.m. leaving the Courtyard by Marriott Hotel at 858 Broad Street.
According to director Frage, Jafari was wearing a green T-shirt and khaki pants at the time of his disappearance, but no shoes.
Jafari is known for his many prayers. He is 1.65 meters tall, weighs 66 kilos, has brown eyes, black hair and a light complexion.
