West Midlands Police said they were passengers in a BMW that was involved in a collision with a Hyundai on Bath Row, near the Westside Service Station, at 4am on Saturday.
The driver of the BMW escaped unharmed, police said.
Three people from the Hyundai were treated at the scene for minor injuries and transported by paramedics.
Police said the road is likely to remain closed until early afternoon while investigations are conducted.
Officers asked for witnesses and dashcam footage.
