Morristown, NJ โ€“ Get ready for a summer filled with free outdoor movies in Morristown! The town is hosting six screenings throughout the summer at various parks. Here’s the schedule: *

July 12:

“Jurassic Park” at Lidgerwood Park, 6:30 pm *

July 19:

“The Goonies” at Ginty Field, 6:30 pm *

July 26:

“The Croods” at Burnham Park, 6:30 pm *

August 2:

“Moana” at Vail Field, 6:30 pm *

August 9:

“The Greatest Showman” at St. Margaret’s Field, 6:30 pm *

August 16:

“The Sound of Music” at Historic Speedwell, 6:30 pm All movies will begin at 6:30 pm, rain or shine. Bring your blankets, chairs, and snacks for a fun evening under the stars. “We are thrilled to offer free outdoor movies to our community again this summer,” said Morristown Mayor Timothy Dougherty. “These screenings provide a wonderful opportunity for families and friends to come together and enjoy a great movie in a beautiful outdoor setting.” In case of inclement weather, the movies will be shown indoors at the Morristown Community Center, 100 Madison Avenue. Morristown, NJ – Get ready for a summer of free outdoor movies in Morristown! The town will be hosting six movie nights at various locations throughout the season. The first movie night will be held on June 24th at the Morristown Green. The movie will be “Encanto,” and the event will start at 8:30 PM. The other five movie nights will be held at the following locations: * July 8th: “Sing 2” at the Morristown Green, 8:30 PM * July 22nd: “The Mitchells vs. the Machines” at the Morristown Community Pool, 8:30 PM * August 5th: “Luca” at the Morristown Green, 8:30 PM * August 19th: “The Boss Baby: Family Business” at the Morristown Community Pool, 8:30 PM * September 2nd: “Raya and the Last Dragon” at the Morristown Green, 8:30 PM All movies are free to attend, and no registration is required.
