The tramway, which spans 2.7 miles and ascends 4,000 feet to the Sandia Peak summit, offers panoramic views of the cityscape, desert landscapes, and distant mountain ranges. Reservations are recommended for those seeking an evening meal. For those interested in hiking or mountain biking, the tramway will provide complementary trail access passes to the La Luz Trail and Crest Trail.
